"I suffer from acid reflux and constantly had bloating. One of my main goals to participate in these sessions was to learn to balance my diet and eat better. Through these sessions I have achieved success. I have learned to employ simple principles to in my daily routine to improve my health and lifestyle. But this is only the tip of the iceberg. I'm a 73 years old woman with severe degenerative disc disease, arthritis and fibromyalgia. I have been on so many pain and anti-inflammatory medications that my stomach is also now a problem. I'm a 52 year old male suffering from severe anxiety. I'm on an anti-depressant that helps somewhat plus I don't want to be on pills forever so I was looking for another solution. When I was young I used to smoke pot but now that I am older I don't want to get high any more. She advised me NOT to jump off my medication without consulting my Doctor. She suggested an oil that I just put under my tongue, it's a certain type of CBD oil and it's working wonders for me!
I'm a 21 year old young woman who suffers from severe depression and anxiety. In high school I started smoking weed as somewhat of an anxiety suppressant and while my anxiety went away so did my brain cells. It wasn't until I started working with Lisa (after I went to my doctor and dealt with the clinical depression that my doctor prescribed medication for) to help me find the right strains and strengths that help manage my anxiety and allow me stay on a relatively low dose anti-depressant. I am now able to medicate during the day while still maintaining full functionality. 10/10 would definitely recommend!
